The successful candidate will have a multitude of skills/experience with painting, drywall repair, small equipment repairs, equipment trouble shooting, preventative maintenance but also willing to ensure the exterior of the facility is always presentable and in good repair.
We utilize various vendors for large equipment preventative maintenance and repairs such as the Fire Alarm System, Sprinkler System, Kitchen Hood, etc.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working with a multitude of people, including residents, staff and visitors.
